We provide a range of services designed to support clients back into the world of work.

By providing one to one support, employability training, job search skills, counselling, professional and personal development activities, we can remove some of the barriers many of our clients face when trying to return to work, education, training or volunteering.

We have a strong track record in this area of work, having recently delivered a hugely successful Big Lottery Funded project, through their Reaching Communities Programme called The Bridge Employment Hub.

As part of the European Social Fund/Big Lottery Funded Building Better Opportunities (BBO), we are able to provide support for people of multiple disadvantage who are currently classed as unemployed or economically inactive. In particular, we try to help people in recovery from drug and alcohol misuse, and/or have LGBTQ related issues, are managing long term medical conditions (including HIV) or have mental health issues.

Our Community Matters and Bridges projects enable us to deliver intensive, focused interventions where service users benefit from having the on-going support from a dedicated Project Worker.

We will help service users to identify and achieve what they want out of life by increasing confidence, developing work skills and by providing access to employment, education and training.

The activities we run as part of these programmes include:

• Job support Café

• Cook and Eat

• CV writing workshop

• Individual and group counselling

• Mindfulness training (3P’s)

• Interview practice and coaching
