At Summit Support, we offer a range of projects and services to help improve the sexual health in the local population as a whole.
People living with HIV (PLWHIV)
We aim to improve the quality of life for PLWHIV and their families, partners, friends or carers by proving expert information and advice, 1-2-1 support, group and peer led sessions, counselling and a range of social activities.
The support package we provide is tailored to each and every person but will often include help with housing issues, money management, independent living, mental health, medication adherence and reducing the feeling of isolation.
HIV and Sexual Health Testing
We provide fast, free and confidential HIV and Sexual Health testing at our centre in Dudley and at various events and outreach locations across the Black Country.
Our HIV tests are fast, free and simple. You will get your results in around 15 minutes. We can also test for Syphilis, Chlamydia and Hepatitis C.

Chemsex is where men take a certain combination of drug or drugs because they are about to have sex. There are a number of dangers or risk associated with Chemsex, not just because of the illegal, highly addictive substances used, but also because of nature of the parties at which Chemsex activities take place.
In recent years, we witnessed a rise in levels of Chemsex activity in the local area and have seen for ourselves the devastating effects it can have on people’s lives.
We are committed to changing this trend and have put together an innovative new programme which aims to educate and reduce harm in the practice of chemsex.
Our specialist support to those practicing chemsex includes:
• Group peer support
• 1:1 guidance and support
• A needle exchange service
• Outreach testing and information
• Awareness raising and campaign work
We also provide training packages for other health and community professionals to increase the capacity of professionals to identify and support men who have sex with men (MSM) taking part in risky chemsex.
